Ingredients

  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice/vinegar
  • 100 ml of oil (and a splash of water to adjust the thickness).

Instructions

  1. Mix everything until a velvety mass.
